How can I view my tickets I have submitted?

    Dr. Mrs. Booker:

     

    Per your request, I have recapped our conversation of Friday, March 22.

    I arrived at the testing facility 3 minutes late due to a traffic incident of some kind on highway 55 south in Jackson. If necessary, I will acquire an official report from the highway department. When I walked in Mr. Ron Strickland, the Proctor, spoke to me in a demeaning and accusatory tone of voice. It felt as though I was being ambushed for walking in the door late. He pointed out to me that the test was already running behind as though it was my fault. Then he came at me with remarks that made me feel as though I was trying to cheat and was stupid.

    Not once did he address me with respect! Instead, his tone was demeaning, and his attitude was that of a bully. Mr.   Strickland said that I should show respect to the others taking the test and quiet down by using my “church voice”. Michelle was in the room by then. Please do feel free to speak with Michelle regarding the incident.  I wasn’t loud because I wasn’t getting an opportunity to say much of anything. Mr. Strickland was very busy telling me everything I was doing wrong. I got the most upset when he looked at me and said, “Take that sweater off. There’s no telling what you have hidden under that!”

    Michelle could see that his behavior was upsetting me and was very kind. I probably would have run out had she not been there to give me support. Before I was to take a test that determines my livelihood in the future, I was so upset by his accusations that I began to cry.  

    Due to Mr. Strickland’s behavior which had a direct impact on my test scores, I FAILED BOTH TESTS, I am requesting 3 things from PSI:

    1. Waive the “failed test score”.
    2. Waive the $75 fee to retake the test.
    3. Please do not have Mr. Strickland serving as proctor when I retake the test.

    I appreciate your consideration. Had Mr. Strickland addressed me in a respectful manner, I would have apologized for bringing something inside I wasn’t supposed to and wearing a sweater on a cold day!

    I am requesting ESL extra hour from four days. Kenya Ford is taking care of my request. I told him I want to take test on Friday May 31st. He told me to call on number has extension 6750.  I called so many times and left three message in two days but no one replying me back. No one care in the accommodation department. I am wondering how the department is. I am calling and after long hold they put my call on voicemail. I left three voicemails in two day but did not get single call back from them. I have only Friday to take the exam but nobody care in this department. Very frustrated and bad service.

    I was asked to reschedule my exam, however i can find my scheduled exam in this ridiculous system, what a shame.

    I had scheduled one exam 2 months ago and has been cancelled, and was told that i will be refunded, and I found nothing happened, what a shame ....

    Hi Amazon Team,

    Today i faced problem while giving AWS certification exam through PeasonVue could not find BEGIN button to start the exam. I waited for 1 hour but no luck. I tried reaching PearsonVue over phone and chat but couldn't get any response. I have taken scree shots for same and raised request,
    Can you please help me in re-scheduling of this exam to any available slot this week or. ext week . Below are the details of the exam which i scheduled with registration

    PSI have no system . There is no phone service,none. 45 min. on hold and cut off. no reply to email. It is a joke of an organization.

    I was really frustrated with the proctor this morning. But I don’t think it was his fault. It was just meant to happen that way. Because of that I went out and bought a new Apple computer today to prepare for my next exams. My humble request is that psi should help candidates understand their system well. Thanks

    I took an online proctor test and the proctor is a very rude AI life form. When I was booted from the system in the first 15 minutes of taking my test the proctor didn’t answer my chat for 30 minutes. Not to mention that finding my exam in the website was a form of emotional torture. I ended up not answering the last 18 questions and failed my exam. Also I had paid for a test that was in person and canceled it. It’s been 30 days and still no refund. I’m afraid to pay the next 88$ without first getting my 55$ back. Do these guys just think that I’m going to just let that go?

    I was online through the exam browser and waited for an hour after completing the screening and all but nothing showed up and no one responded. Now i have generated a ticket and someone will return within 24 hours. It gives me a feeling of utter unprofessionalism.

    Hi Support Team,

    Due to my father's surgery, I have family emergency, I am at my hometown, so  I have to cancel my exam,  already raised ticket No# "755282" , which is going to be conducted on 02Jan2021.
    I Would appreciate if you could help me in cancelling the appointment or rescheduling the appointment .please give conformation as early as possible .

    Hi, i'm jaeun choi. I am sending you again because my inquiry has been resolved because I have not answered anything. I am sending you an additional letter waiting for your reply. Once again, my test began on January 15 at 2 p.m., but there was no response from PSI pages and live chat. I waited for more than two hours and they didn't show up. As it happened due to the mistake of SPI, I sent a message and waited for the resumption of my test schedule, but I also did not receive any mail. However, the only mail I received was that I failed the test because I got 0 points. This is also why I'm angry. I am sending the second email now, and I hope you check it quickly and take appropriate measures. I'm still waiting for your mail. And I leave my name and email information together.

    Hi support team:

    I registered DA-100 : Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI. Before the test began I logged on the system but the page cannot refresh. After a while it told me my network was not able to get video stream and kicked me out, then I cannot found any link to enter the exam. Can I reschedule my test or just ask for a refund? 

    The test was originally rescheduled at 8:00 PM / 20:00 Asia/Shanghai on 18 January 2021

    They don't answer, they just leave you constantly. It's an organization's joke.

    All irresponsible people are gathered here.

    They always lie three days a day, five days and today they said 7. I guess they like odd numbers.

    If someone is considering taking an exam at PSI , think again. That is really dangerous . Your time wastes at PSI.

    PSI does not solve anything, try to request a refund directly to the acquirer of your card

    This "organization" is a joke with mediocre web site, backend and helpless customer support. For months, I am unable to schedule my Microsoft exam because of an error on PSI site backend and PSI cannot fix this issue ruining my chances of getting certified.

    Dear Support Team,

    My request number is 937781. I would like this to be resovled as soon as possible. I was giving AWS practice test and my system freezed due to internet issues. Due to tabs becoming unresponsive, had to close them and thus post that my session expired. Request you to please get me another voucher or restore the last exam session so that I may continue giving the practice test. Please resolve this on priority.

    It provides regular amusement that this page exists, but I suspect that nobody from psi knows of it's existence so probably a waste of time posting here

    Saludos, según el correo enviado me dice que mi examen de certificación AZ-900 era para el 29/04/2021 a las 5:30AM y cuando entre no pude tomarlo porque decía que ya había terminado.

    After reading the whole conversation above, totally agree! The whole experiences for me for taking PSI exam suck! The whole exam process was ridiculous. When I called the supporting center, all the answers provided were merely asking me to restart the PSI browser... What an amazingly easy job, I wish I could work in this role. No need to learn or get trained, just tell your customer: RESTART YOUR BROWSER!
